Provide exceptional member service; using Automated Decision Systems, process loan applications and fund loans; establish new memberships and open new accounts.   Respond to member inquiries timely and accurately. Actively promote, explain and cross-sell credit union products and services, and actively participate in all promotional/referral programs. Develop, expand and retain member relationships. Coordinate sales efforts with the appropriate department (Insurance, Financial Services, etc.) as needed. Achieve assigned goals.

General Summary: Under general supervision and in accordance with established policies and procedures, provides efficient and accurate support to achieve loan production goals. Performs all phases of processing and funding commercial real estate; business and government guaranteed loans.  Assists branches and other departments with requests and inquiries relating to loan processing; and provides administrative support to supervisor and others in Business Banking.

General Summary: Is responsible for the full cycle of Accounts Payable processing, including general ledger coding and approval verifications.  Completes daily and monthly general ledger reconciliations to include journal entries.  Handles yearly property tax processing and payments.

General Summary: The Compliance and Vendor Management Administrator has responsibility for managing the vendor management program and oversight processes to ensure compliance by the credit union and its vendors with applicable laws, regulations, and credit union policies and procedures. The position will facilitate contract reviews, onboarding/offboarding vendors, assisting vendor owners with due diligence requirements, including reporting requests, and updating the vendor management software with supporting documentation. The role also supports the Compliance Officer with operational and compliance audits to ensure that credit union’s policies and practices are in accordance with applicable state and federal laws and regulations.

  General Summary: The Member Services Representative - Member Engagement is responsible for receiving incoming calls in a prompt and polite manner; providing high quality service to California Credit Union members.  Responsibilities include responding to product, operations, and policy inquiries.  Resolve complaints in an accurate, timely and professional manner, with the highest level of integrity and service.

We are looking for a candidate that can work from our Glendale or San Diego Corporate office.   Under limited supervision, manages all aspects of the California Credit Union computer network and unified communications systems to include design, operation, upgrade, maintenance, support, documentation, and related duties.
