Under general supervision and in accordance with established policies and procedures, handles all tasks relating to consumer loan servicing.
The Member Service Representative (MSR) is based in a branch and is responsible for providing consistently exceptional service to our members through face to face interactions and assisting members in the completion of a variety of financial transactions, such as deposits and withdrawals, payments, and other related transactions. Must also knowledgeably address member concerns and questions as well as identify opportunities for cross-selling services and products.
This position can be located in Glendale, CA or San Diego, CA
Up to 50% travel required between locations
General Summary:
The VP, Administrative and Facilities Management will lead the strategic management of all facilities functions to maintain optimum accommodation, environmental and support service standards within the Credit Union’s policies and budgetary constraints. The incumbent will lead the facilities management and the provision of services (delivered by third parties where appropriate) and the business itself and take part and/or lead responses in all Business Continuity activities related to natural disaster, power interruption, or other events that impact building services.
The VP, Administrative and Facilities Management is responsible for developing strategies related to the effective delivery of services for all corporate building and branch users including staff, visitors, clients, and tenants maximizing good experiences at key service touchpoints throughout the real estate portfolio. The position is responsible for ensuring that the physical environment is fit for purpose in terms of premises facilities, health & safety, and office accommodation to deliver successful staff performance and excellent member service. In addition, ensuring that the business has the appropriate level of support for the Credit Union’s operational requirements.
Plans, develops, coordinates, and conducts training and development sessions for all levels of credit union staff, while providing the highest level of quality service to both members and co-workers.Assists with evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and consults on employee performance. Assists in the development and maintenance of the training library resources and materials.
Provide exceptional member service; using Automated Decision Systems, process loan applications and fund loans; establish new memberships and open new accounts. Respond to member inquiries timely and accurately. Actively promote, explain and cross-sell credit union products and services, and actively participate in all promotional/referral programs. Develop, expand and retain member relationships. Coordinate sales efforts with the appropriate department (Insurance, Financial Services, etc.) as needed. Achieve assigned goals.

The Financial Service Representative (FSR) is based in a branch. This position works within established guidelines to perform sales and service activities. Provides prompt, professional and accurate information to members and potential members in opening new accounts, securing loans, as well as cross-selling Credit Union products and services to meet members’ needs and increase member satisfaction. Maintains quality service standards set by the organization while meeting or exceeding monthly assigned sales goals.
